Return & Refund Policy
At Tsukuyomi, all products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is designed in accordance with print-on-demand production standards.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Preference-related reasons (e.g. “I don’t like it anymore”)
Each product is created individually upon order, meaning we do not hold inventory and cannot resell returned items.
Refunds & Replacements (Eligible Cases)
We offer a free replacement or refund only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong product
Issue Reporting Time
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Failure to provide photo evidence may result in your request being declined.
No Return Required
In most cases:
- You do not need to return the item
- Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund
Shipping Issues
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:
- Offer a partial refund, or
- Require a reshipping fee
- We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address input by the customer.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in print placement or colors are not considered defects
- We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor differences due to screen display
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
