Return & Refund Policy

At Tsukuyomi, all products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is designed in accordance with print-on-demand production standards.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Preference-related reasons (e.g. “I don’t like it anymore”)

Each product is created individually upon order, meaning we do not hold inventory and cannot resell returned items.

Refunds & Replacements (Eligible Cases)

We offer a free replacement or refund only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product

Issue Reporting Time

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

Failure to provide photo evidence may result in your request being declined.

No Return Required

In most cases:

  • You do not need to return the item
  • Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund

Shipping Issues

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:
    • Offer a partial refund, or
    • Require a reshipping fee
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address input by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in print placement or colors are not considered defects
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Minor differences due to screen display

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
