At Tsukuyomi, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partners. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or for certain products that require additional production time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- International orders: 10–30 business days
These are estimated delivery windows only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, and local postal service delays.
Shipping Carriers
We work with Printify’s network of fulfillment and shipping partners, which may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional delivery services. The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on the print provider and available shipping method for your order.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number if tracking is available for that shipping method. Some shipping options may not include tracking.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:
- Product type
- Quantity ordered
- Shipping destination
- Fulfillment location
- Shipping method selected
International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship internationally to many countries. For international orders, customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or reshipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs checks, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience if your package is delayed.
